How long does shipping take?

Do you ship worldwide?

How can I track my order?
Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, you will have access to your tracking reference number. Simply enter this on to the Royal Mail website to track your order progress.

I entered the wrong delivery / shipping address, can I change it?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery / shipping address. Please contact us as soon as you can to find a solution.
Make sure you check that all your details are correct before making the final payment to avoid delays and disappointments.
What happens if my order has not arrived in the given time period?
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact one of our team members for a resolution. This may have occurred due to delays in our order processing or shipping couriers.
If you have selected a shipping method which either does not provide proof of delivery or is not tracked. You are liable if the item(s) goes missing or gets damaged in transit. Therefore any order without tracked or signed shipping will not be covered by our refund policy and therefore not eligible for a refund.
