Can I change / cancel my order?
Unfortunately, amendments to your order cannot be made after the order has been placed.
For this reason, please double-check your order details during check-out and before making the final payment to complete your order.
Can I return / exchange my order?
*Returns are entirely at our discretion.
If we have authorised a return, the product must be sent back in a fully sealed and resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. This means the lid seal must remain unopened and the original packaging must be undamaged.
You are responsible for covering the costs of shipping back to us. Please contact us for the details/address to return your item first.
Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of our team will not be refunded.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.
Please note* You must include everything that came with your order (business card, plantable seed heart, etc..) Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my product?
Unfortunately, you cannot receive a refund for any of our products if they are opened, have been used or have been removed from their original packaging due to hygiene reasons. (Regulation 28(3)(a), CCRs).
